April Novak - Rowdy Ann of the Memphis Belles

April Novak (aka Rowdy Ann) is a Burlesque performer for the Memphis Belles. She has a big love for her cats and vintage clothing and is "addicted to buying junk," particularly things like etiquette books, old fashion mags, weird dolls, paint by numbers, big eye pictures, and bubble bath bottles. All of the Memphis Belle performers do pin-up photography in addition to their burlesque performances, and they create their own costumes and style (hair/make-up/routines) for each show.

In addition to her "pin-up" side, she has worked in the fashion industry in NYC, performed in a punk band with her brother, and is now completing work towards her Master's Degree in Education and teacher's license. She is originally from a small town in west Tennessee, and has lived a few places, but chose Memphis as her home a few years ago.
